Who We Are
The ICCF Alliance is a community‑focused organization dedicated to reducing crime, strengthening families, and building safer, more resilient neighborhoods. We bring together advocates, educators, leaders, and everyday citizens who share a commitment to creating meaningful, lasting change.
WHO WE ARE
ICCF Alliance was founded in Broward County of South Florida. We have now opened another Chapter with our office based in Greenville County of Upstate South Carolina. Our goal is to transform the thinking of troubled, challenged, and economically disadvantaged youth, within our communities.
Theatre is a visual art form that we use to embrace all cultures, races, ages, and backgrounds. Someone once said that, "Actors are the world's professional pretenders." But they have a HUGE impact and ability to influence anyone who sees them perform. The art of acting allows deep subconscious thoughts to be explored, and transformed holistically in a controlled environment.
This is commonly referred to as "Method" Acting. This is portrayed by young adult actors to educate today's youth through theatrical performances. Our plays are written featuring the "Method" technique, depicting real life scenarios that could impact who we become and the decisions we make. We focus on issues such as, bullying, substance abuse, teen pregnancy, runaways, young adults with criminal records and teenagers with 'alternative' lifestyles. Our plays are based on true stories and spotlight the real problems that occur within our communities. Professional and amateur actors showcase their talents in schools, churches, prisons, and other public centers to educate and encourage our misguided youth and young adults.
We encourage them to become model citizens and live crime-free lifestyles. Many times, the advice of elders is ignored or even rebelled against by today's youth. Our goal is to teach them through theatrics that these scenarios could very easily be them; depicting life's harsh consequences. Our intent is to shed light on real-life situations, revealing the right & wrong way of handling them.
Teenagers feel their parents' "rules" are about control. We express how it's really about the end result. Some people may still make poor choices because they refuse to listen or have no one that cares enough about their influences; some who just miss the signs, and others who don't have anyone to teach them about choices, and their consequences. We have a solution.

Our mission is to inspire and transform the minds of inner-city youth by introducing them to theater arts and cultural events that reflect real-life experiences in today’s world, helping prepare them for life’s challenges.

Dr. Jeffrey Wright is passionate about inspiring young people to stay on the right path, make smart choices early on, and understand the value of giving back to their communities.
Wright's message is aimed towards middle and high school students, emphasizing how life decisions can shape their future and why it’s important to choose wisely from the start.
